These Terms cover this website (https://yerin.uk), the waitlist and early access sign-ups, and Yerin Labs voting. The Yerin products themselves (the assistant, Yerin Desktop, and Yerin Studio) are not available yet and will come with their own terms when they launch.

2. Accepting these Terms
By using the website or signing up for the waitlist, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the website. If you use the website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for it.
3. Products in development
Yerin is in development. Everything described on this website, including features, integrations, supported software, pricing, and timelines, describes what we are building or exploring. It is not a promise that any feature will be released, released in that form, or released by a particular date.

- We haven't set prices yet. Any pricing we mention before launch is indicative and may change.
- Product mockups and example conversations are illustrations, not real results.
4. Waitlist, early access, and votes
- Joining a waitlist or early access list does not guarantee access, a place in any program, or a specific price.
- We may contact you by email about Yerin, including launch and early access invitations. You can ask to be removed at any time.
- Yerin Labs votes help us prioritise ideas. They do not create any obligation for us to build a feature.
- Please give accurate information and only sign up with an email address you are allowed to use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
- submit spam, automated sign-ups, or fake votes, or try to get around our anti-abuse protections;
- probe, scan, overload, or try to break into the website, its APIs, or our infrastructure;
- scrape or copy the website's content at scale, or misrepresent your relationship with Yerin.
We may block access or remove sign-ups that we reasonably believe break these rules.
6. Intellectual property
The website, the Yerin name, logo, and design, and our original text and graphics belong to PT Yerin Teknologi Nusantara or its licensors. You may share links to the website and quote short passages with attribution. Anything else needs our written permission.
Third-party names and logos mentioned on the website, including QGIS, ArcGIS, Power BI, Tableau, Google Earth Engine, Sentinel, Landsat, and MapBiomas, belong to their owners. Mentioning them describes compatibility or plans and does not mean those owners endorse or partner with Yerin.
7. Journal articles and other information
Our Journal articles, notes, tool reviews, and examples are for general information. They are not professional, legal, environmental, or financial advice. In particular, anything on this website about carbon, deforestation, or regulatory compliance (such as the EU Deforestation Regulation) is not a certification, verification, or legal opinion. Check important decisions with a qualified professional.
8. Third-party websites and tools
The website links to other websites and to tools we've published elsewhere, such as plugins on the QGIS plugin repository. Those are governed by their own terms and licences. We aren't responsible for third-party content or services.
9. Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its information is complete or current.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, PT Yerin Teknologi Nusantara is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to IDR 1,000,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant and we have your email, we'll let you know. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We'll first try to resolve any dispute with you in good faith. If that doesn't work within 30 days, the dispute will be settled by the courts of Indonesia with jurisdiction over our registered office, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
